A WAY OF LIFE FOR WES KOGELMAN

Every successful man or woman can point to someone, or group of people, that has given them a helping hand as they achieve prosperity in their lives. Wes Kogelman understands that whether it is through the help of a special teacher, a mentor, or a community group, we cannot “go it alone” and expect to have the kind of success that is only possible when we blend our talents with those who need them.

Such is the philosophy behind Wesley Kogelman’s community outreach initiatives, as he explores ways to give back to the community and help build the type of society in which we can all be proud.

Over the years, Kogelman has been blessed with the success of his timeshare advertising company, BuyaTimeshare.com, and has reached out to help groups raise vital resources to assist the less fortunate for the areas in which he has corporate offices, namely the greater communities of Tampa, Florida and Merrimack, New Hampshire:

Team up with Harbor Homes, Inc. to provide Christmas presents for children staying at its High Street location in Nashua, NH. Harbor Homes, Inc. has been dedicated to ending homelessness in New Hampshire since 1980, with 90 kids living at various Harbor Homes-supported facilities.
Food Drives to support the New Hampshire Food Bank, Nashua Food Pantry and the Nashua Soup Kitchen. For the past three years, Kogelman and his staff have collected thousands of pounds of food, plus host a fundraiser at Peddlers Daughter in Nashua, as well as donate their time providing meals at the Soup Kitchen.
Work at the 100 Holes of Golf Fundraiser at the Amherst Country Club – helping the Souhegan Valley Rotary Club raise money for the Milford Rotary Club Foundation to provide funds for college scholarships and community projects. In 17 years, the event has generated over $1 million for the surrounding communities.
Collect toys for the Tampa-area Toys for Tots Program, as Wesley Kogelman and his employees donated to the U.S. Marine Corps’ program in lieu of exchanging gifts at their annual Christmas party.
Participate in the Fill the Bus Food Drive organized by Kogelman’s church, the NorthRidge Church in Derry, NH. NorthRidge Church fills every seat in their 72-seat passenger bus with bags of groceries, which are delivered to the Salvation Army Food Pantry and Chester Food Pantry following the Holiday rush, to refill depleted food pantries after Christmas.
Travel to Danli, Honduras with a coalition from the Milford Rotary Club and Pure Water of the World project to help build a water filtration system for a hospital and school, providing them with clean, running water.
Throw the Summer Bash to support the Boys and Girls Club of Souhegan Valley, NH, raising money to help them create and maintain after school programs and opportunities for kids.
Donate to SHARE, the Milford, NH organization that helps provide families in need with Christmas gifts and warm clothes.
Conduct Thanksgiving Food Drives benefitting Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa, an organization that touches more than 22,000 households by providing food, shelter and hope for a new future.
Organize the annual Milford New Hampshire Rotary Swim Meet for a three year period for over 2,400 attendees. Wesley Kogelman competed at the meet for six years as a youngster, so the meet has special meaning for him.
Raise funds for the New Hampshire-based Child Advocacy Center of Hillsborough County-South (CAC-HCS), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving and protecting victims of child abuse.
With such a consistent record of civic service, it is no wonder that Wesley Kogelman’s life, as well as his company, has prospered as he continually looks for ways to help build the communities in which he lives and works.
